Alright guys I'm having issues getting my car going again. The car has been sitting for the last 4 years and has not been drove or started that much. So I decided it was time to get it out. I installed a new Hallman boost controller yesterday and took the car out to set the MBC. After riding around for a while the CEL popped on but the car seemed to run fine. I figured an O2 sensor or the like was the problem. Minutes later the car began to buck and miss when I tried to accelerate, then it just died. It would just crank and not fire for a few minutes. After letting it sit it would fire then die. Sitting a few minutes more it started and ran fine. When I got it home I did the keydance and got the following codes.
12- power disconnected last 50 cycles 43- Misfire/Ignition all 4 cylinders 11- crank position sensor 55- end codes
What do you think, CPS going bad? Also the fuel that is in the car has been in there for at least 3-4 years, think this could be part of the issue?

11 can be Crank, Cam, or intermittent loss of signal from either.
Definitely check the cam sensor first. I've had the loom on the cam sensor harness harden and work the plug like a lever under load, causing it to occasionally cut out.

While true, the ECU keydance codes aren't specific in most cases, meaning it could be either cam or crank causing the code 11. They also share the same 8v+ power rail.

you are correct on that one. i just looked it up in the book. also check to see if the timing may have jumped a little bit. that would throw code 11 which in turn could throw 43 as well

I was thinking about this because I had tried to mount a bracket for my MBC on one of the bolts for the cam position sensors. Maybe moving it around fucked it up.

Well, I went home from work yesterday and removed the cam position sensor and cleaned it up and reinstalled it. I also pulled the plugs and they looked fine. After I put the CPS back on I drove the car and all was well. I guess I goofed it up when I was trying to mount the MBC.
