So i sent my 2.0 valve cover to get pc. I had a 2.4 valve cover layin around so i put it on, but the spark plug holes dont line up. Is that normal?

99 Eclipse, n1 catback exhaust, ebay header, ractive cai, udp, crower stage 2 cams, 4g63 crower valve springs, apexi safc,egr block off

Yeap. It can be made to seal with some RTV and new gaskets, but its not a perfect fit.
