For my fuel setup i have the walbro inline running to evo 8 560cc injectors in the stock fuel rail. the rail has the aeromotive a1000 at minimum pressure and the resistor pack connected to the injectors. the problem in having is at idle it sounds like it misses and hesitates and it does it throughout the rpm range. with stock injectors its fine until i boost at WOT then it runs lean but i cannot figure out the problem with the 560s and yes i have searched ALOT. Please Help Me!

Do you have any manner of fuel control beyond the aeromotive regulator?

Wideband with some sort of fuel tuner.

You just slapped in 560's and expected what to adjust for all the extra fuel?

I just wired them up to see how they would work. I heard you can use 450cc injectors and use just the regulator but im not sure. I have 3 450cc injectors but the 560s seemed more reasonable. What exactly do you guys use to manage fuel?

You'll be hard put to idle those 560's just by lowering the fuel pressure. Even if you can get it within expected fuel trims on the stock ECU, the idle quality will suffer because you've reduced the pressure so far that atomization will suffer.

Look into a Megasquirt, or an 8-injector setup using a Portfueler or an 034EFI setup.

What about the 450cc injector setup? Will that work on just the FPR? or will i end up with the same results? Im just trying to end up with the right setup so far my set up is as follows.
Eagle H-Beam rods with arp studs
weisco 8:8:1 pistons .040 over
neon block
srt-4 lifters, rockers, retainers and clips
osuku adjustable cam gear
walbro 255 inline fuel pump
aeromotive a1000
560cc injectors
turbonetics 60-1 turbo
turbonetics evo wastegate
treadstone exhaust mani with downpipe and dump tube
greddy rs bov
HUGE fmic
and more parts...

so the next investment should be the port fuler? A friend of mine was running the same setup with the portfuler. He was running between 20 and 25psi of boost only difference was the portfuler from my set up. what do you guys think?
