My heater hose blew out today so in the midst of removing the hoses, I unknowingly damaged the pipe that comes out of the heater core (Top pipe) I managed to spread it back out but if thats the "In" im alittle worried that the possible water pressure will cause a sealing issue. :S Thoughts?

Coolant pressure is typically not too high - if you can get a solid connection with the hose and clamp you should be alright. The alternative is pulling the dash apart to replace the core.

Easier solution is to loop the lines if you can live without a heater.

I've damdged the inlet on the core every time I replaced the hoses. I just rounded them back out with a screwdriver and every one has worked fine.
