#131203, "Electrical/relay concern after radio removed."
I sold my sony cd player to chicks, yup lesbians on craigs lol. Well I unhhooked the plugs hraness on back of the radio. Their was one wire a black/red stripped, probably the power. Was pita to remove due to the butt conector to splice the power wire to power the radio. Ppl,where in hurry so I snipped that wire with wire cutters. Later that night, my interior lights now turn on when I open my door. This never happend before when I bought, it a months ago.
Could I have a blown relay somewhere, or a short. If how could I fix before I install my other HD unit from my old 1997gs.
If this is in the wrong section, supposed to be in the audio thread. I apologize, mods please move it to correction area.

2gs do that when you have the switch in the headliner in the correct position. Maybe you butted into it with your skull when you were pulling the stereo, and flipped it on. It's not a short.

I recently unplugged a blue wire connected to a yellow wire leading to the trunk to an amp on some subs. I accidentally unplugged a green wire from the car and the red wires and a thick yellow from the stereo which i have conected to a Blue thick wire from the car and now the whole cars electrical system doesn't work except the horn, even the car has trouble staying on for the first 20 seconds, you have to keep tapping the gas...... I NEED HELP TODAY!!! I AM SELLING IT AND I NEED IT WORKING.... SOMEONE OUT THERE HELP PLEASE!!!
