I removed the ac comp. and was wondering if anyone had went and got a close to perfect belt for this application.

Do us a favor and try to use clearer descriptions. I have never heard of a PS crank belt.

I know what you are referring to, but if you went into a shop and asked for that I am sure they would look at you funny or laugh at you.

No offense taken - I give everyone an equal amount of shit.

What I am getting at is that it is a power steering belt. Nothing about a crank pulley or crank belt is in the description.

One of my pet peeves is board members using incorrect vocabulary as it can be very misleading down the road. If this were in 2GNT chat, fine. I would roll with it. But as posts are archived and will stay around for future members to search and gain knowledge it is helpful to have the correct vocabulary so that people can find what they want.

For example, your first post has nothing about the words power steering in it. This post would be invisible to another member searching the same question months from now because you failed to use the correct words. See what I am getting at?
