just recently changed my alternator and when i hooked the battery back up the car has no power and battery boils everytime i hook up the battery. when you turn the ignition the cluster doesnt even come on. i checked fuses they are all good but still no power what so ever. please help.

you have a short on one of the wires going to the alternator or a short in the battery wire.

Be sure you re-connected wires properly. Sounds like you may have a hot connected to a ground

I agree , I'm no expert, but i think you got something hooked up backwards.

From V's with 8 cylinders to rotarys that spin, as long as its fast everybody wins.

You have a short to ground somewhere. Be careful you don't want to blow that battery up in your face.
