You could either just leave the timing belt cover off or get one at a junk yard or the dealership.

Any auto parts store should be able to get you a water pump.

Leaving off the cover is not going to happen. Let me refraze my question to make it clear, I need something to repair my cracked tbelt inside cover. Any suggestions on what will work good with plastic? Also, I am getting a waterpump from an autoparts store, are there any to stay away from?

JB weld wont bond plastic. You would need some sort of plastic bonding epoxy, and it wont work very well. You could also try melting it together with a torch. There's no really good way to bond plastic like that. Your best bet is to just find one in good shape, they're not expensive.

Any brand water pump should be fine. I'd get a Beck/Arnley. Any local auto parts store should have one or be able to get it.

You need to plastic weld the cover back together or buy a new one. Most epoxys will not stick to plastic for any length of time.

New covers can be purchased from the dealership or found used in good condition. I got my rear cover from Stangmurdera, his store is miller import parts which you should have seen his banner at the top of the pages here. I had to PM him personally for that part though.

As for a water pump, any of the major parts stores should have ones that will work fine. Otherwise PartsDinosaur.com has great prices and shipping.
