#129677, "eclipse chugging fuel at idle and stalling"
my 95 eclipse gs is chugging fuel at idle bad my long term fuel trim is usually between -20% and -25 percent at idle and it wounds horrible. it smooths out in the the higher rpms as well as the fuel trims. Most the time when i go to start it i have to put my foot to the floor and I have to keep my foot on the gas in neutral( manual) at lights so it doesnt stall out. ive changed out the coil, plugs, wires, cam sensor, crank sensor, and map sensor and i still have this problem. The only code i get is a p1297 which suggests map sensor but on my scan tool the map sensor, tps, and 02 sensors are all working normal. I even swapped the iac. I dont appear to have any vaccum leak at all since I changed the manifold gaskets and injectors. Fuel pressure is normal at about 45psi. Occasionally when it stalls out is when it sets the p1297 map sensor code and then it completly cuts fuel in every gear past 4k until u shut the car off and restart it then that goes away.
I need help anyone have any ideas?
it runs normal in higher rpms when theres no fuel cut due to stalling out and triggering the map p1297 code

Haven't tried that yet but they are functioning normal on my scantool and I have no codes. This morning I tried to start it and it flooded out couldn't get it to start good enough even with my foot to the floor.
