Energy Suspension makes motor mount inserts. Not sure on the material, I think either Urethane or Polyurethane, but I can tell you this...I installed just the front and rear roll stoppers, and the motor moves hardly at all. Theres a bit of vibration inside the car now, but you get used to it and it gives you that "racecar" feel.
