I've looked at the 4-cylinder from ASOG.net and searched on 2gnt for 'No Start' issues and found few causes...
1. Crank Position Sensor 2. Cam Position Sensor 3. ASD Relay and Fuel Pump Relay 4. Coil 5. ECU
I've replaced Crank Position Sensor, Cam Position Sensor, installed a new MSD replacement coil and changed the ASD and Fuel Pump Relay with the AR272 relay from Napa. I've also changed to the Airtex fuel pump from Kragen. The plugs were changed not too long ago for CA-SMOG test. I've recharged the battery from Kragen. The battery seems to be holding charge.
The ECU runs through the self-test when the key is on; 'Check Engine' light comes on for brief moment, then goes away. No codes were found using Key-Dance.
The car ran before, without any signs of problems. The car cranks but no start. I can hear the fuel pump whine for a moment after cranking. But I don't hear the Fuel Pump Priming noise when the key is at the ACC position.
This is as far as my knowledge goes for my Avenger. I don't know what to do any more....
I would appreciate any help!!!
Thanks!!

not really an Eclipse, but I do have an Eclipse center console, if that counts..

Verify you're seeing ~8v at both the cam and crank sensor, and verify you're seeing signal output from both sensors. you can check both with a multimeter.

Yup I checked both sensor and the mechanic that I called verified them as well.
UPDATES!
Well, I broke down and call a mechanic...
After $60, he couldn't find the problem either. He suspects PCM.
One thing I did noticed though... The mechanic has a test-light with two lights. A green light for 'Ground' connection and a 'Red' light for 12V connection. This test light is powered by the car battery.
So when he checked the coil harness (the middle connection) with this test light, the 'Green' light lit up, indicating a 'Ground' connection.
I have two questions regarding this finding...
1. Do I have a short-to-ground somewhere??? The wire-diagram shows that I should have a open circuit...unless I read it wrong.
2. I checked other items/sensors that are connected to the coil 12 V. The capacitor is not getting power and neither is the front O2 sensor. I noticed that the injectors are connected to same power as well. But I haven't check that one yet.
I also ran across this thread...Corrosion on connector and splice point.
