Rotten egg smell - your cat is probably going bad. Time for a high flow cat or test pipe.

White smoke out the exhaust - Possibly a leaking head gasket.

just saw there no more white smoke but egg smell that started when i changed my exhaust downpipe and o2 sensor

edit: and the vehicle did not run for 1 year so the gas have 1 year

finaly like you said its the car bad i started the car and let idle and take a look under car the cat was red and there was smoke
