sometimes after i take my foot off the clutch, it stays in and i have to use my foot to take it out. sometimes its hard to shift into 1st gear and reverse. anyone know whats up?

Have you checked your clutch fluid reservour level?

i checked that and added some fluid into it, but it still keeps on doin that. clutch need to be adjusted??? thats what my dad thinks. now its starting to make a scratchin noise when i start the car....UGHHHHHH!

there is a spring that puts the pressure back to your foot. thats what is squeekin. mine does this until it warms up.

dont know about your problem tho, could be the spring, but i have no clue
