Well I finally started on my MSD today. Didn't start until kind of late because of all the work I had around the house, but I got it hooked up enough to start the car and do a little test of just the box.

I have got to say that I am pretty impressed so far. Throttle response is way better now and it feels a bit stronger in the mid range. Tomorrow I should be finished the Launch and Burnout Rev Limit. I think that's all I am going to run now until I do a little more mods to the engine. Then it's time to get a cable to hook it up the lap top and do a little test and tune at Virginia Motorsports. I might have to get my Eclipse back on the road again so I can see what this thing can really do in a boosted car.

I guess before I start on the rev limits tomorrow, I should ask if I have to hook up the grey wire for tach output in order for it to work properly, and if I do then what do I tap it into and where is the easiest place to tap it? Thanks.

ah... turbo. I love the turbo, the boost, the speed, the sound.
and its all better when you do it yourself. cheaper too.
