Has anyone on here dealt with XTRspeed.com before? I ordered an Apexi Power Filter, but its been over a month, with no response from emails to them... Just wandering if anyone else has had similar probs or good service or whatever? I dont know whether to contact my credit card yet or wait a little longer, maby it was on backorder but they didnt say so.

Yeah, contact your credit card company. If the charge went through and you haven't gotten your shiz yet, give the car place hell!!!!

try and contact them first. I know when i ordered my gauge pod they didn't get it to me for like 6-7 weeks. I sent them a nasty letter telling them that i was going to recommend that peeps from Club DSM stay away from them and that i was contacting the B.B.B. to file a complaint and that i was contacting my CC company to file a complaint. well lets just say that they contacted my the next day and i recieved my gauge pod 4 days after the responce. They also sent an apology through the email.
If you go through your CC they might still charge you for it. They can be sneaky. becarefull before going straight to your cc cause they put everything on your Credit file

I finallt got ahold of them and they said to call back tomorrow and they will have the tracking number for me, they said it was on backorder from Apexi and is shipping from them so he will need to call and get the tracking info... whatever, atleast i found something out finally, thats good.
