I am having trouble with my 1995 eagle talon esi. When I start it up it will run for a few seconds and then die. After I start it a few times and get it to ilde somewhat normal and I start to drive it stalls. Even when going lets say 55 and my foot is on the gas. My check engine light, brake light, srs light and my oil light go off and my engine just stops. My engine does not get jerky or try to keep running. It just stops. Then when i restart it i have no check engine light or anything. Could it be the fuel filter or the fuel pump?

could be the notiorious 95 ECU issue, but I'd start checing simple stuff first to rule it out.
check the ignition system for proper resistance, check the fuel system for proper pressure, etc.
double check your CTS as well, it's been known to kill cars on the highway.
