Anyway, my 60mm TB arrived, as well as a 4 piece set of micrometers I found for a good price on Overstock.com.

As you can see on my spare intake mani, it is going to need some machining to fit properly. The corner below the EGR flange creates interference. A little disappointing but nothing huge.

Not sure if it is something with the current run of TB's made or maybe something with my manifold. For those looking to buy one keep this in mind.

i just took an angle grinder to mine to clear away the overcasting, worked fine for me. just made sure not to gouge the actual mating surface and has worked well ever since

Mine did not have that issue, but the IAC cavity was a couple mm's too long.

I had to screw the IAC tip out to get it to idle properly.

I bought an MP throttle body a long time ago and I didn't have any problems at all with it. Bolted right on with no issues.

Good info. I plan on just adjusting the throttle stop however as the IAC will go out the window when the stock ECU is as well.

Heh yeah, I forgot that on 2GNT links go straight to posting rather than just a link.
