#12568, "valve cover for lease?"

Does anyone have an extra valve cover laying around that they would sell or let me borrow it. Think about this "A catch and release program". We could start one. Someone sends me a valve cover(I pay shipping), and then I take it to get powder coated or painted or whatever. Then I swap it out with the one on my car and then I ship it to the next person. Do you see what Im getting at. This would work for other things as well(TB's) so that there wouldnt be any down time.
Does anybody else think that this is a good idea?

white would look good, although i guess it might get dirty in there. I really don't see the point of powercoating though. I painted mine and it has held strong, plus i got it to match my car color pretty good since there's more selection of paint. A friend of mine had his powdered for like $40 or so and easily put a little scratch on it before putting in the car (there goes the money emoji )

get it powdercoated then powdercoat it over with clear coat. Mine valve cover is this way and it looks very glossy and has never scratched (and i put it through hell...)

I have a spare stock valve cover i can sell to someone if they want it..email me at kiku@asog.net
