i just got done putting on a new hg, arp, obx intake, mp tb,but i think i have a vac leak. i never had this car idle so perfect but when i go it sputters a little. when im it 3rd gear and im crusing then i hit the gas it sounds like i have a stock gst whinding up. granted you have to not have the radio on and window down to hear it but its not good. the car did start the first time and other than that i did a good job. im just taking a break from the two day non stop rebuild. im so tired. oh yea, i put one the poly motor mounts and its a differnt feel scary at first becuase im not use to that feel
Did you install a new tb gasket? I know alot of people who reuse their old one becuase it "looks good still" I ran a mp tb and had to use 2 gaskets doubled up for some odd reason to get it to seal properly...

thats what i think it is. its running better, the obx intake is so big that a vac hose got cut off by rubbing. i still hear that spooling up sound when i hit the gas. On a other note, the polly mounts they are ok but like everone says they give more vibration then you like. i just have to get use to it, i like it and dont like it at the same time.

Also, if you are not using one, buy the 60mm gasket from Modern Performance. Its 6 shipped, and the only gasket that didnt cause idle hunt on my MP60.

Spray some carb cleaner around where the TB meets the plenum while the car is idling and you'll instantly know if that's your leak. Could also be a vac line you missed somewhere
