The only advantage is that you get an extra throttle body and no down time for $180.

Buy one off someone for $50 and swap, send, recieve, swap, and sell the $50 one for $50.

basically just better throttle response on a NT.. since you have a GS..

sorry for what may seem like a dumb question.. but what exactly does better throttle response mean? is it a "feel" thing or is it an actual performance gain?

Better throttle response is simply what it states. When you press the throttle, your car will start to move more immediately than it would otherwise. However, you won't have more "push" or power when it does come.

For instance, if your internet connection is slow, it takes longer for it to load up as opposed to a quicker connection. It's not as if you'll receive a "better" web page if you have a faster connection, you'll just get it more quickly. Same deal here.

so torque does not necessarily improve?
hmmm maybe it would still be worth the feel of acceleration.
