Ok Ihave one for you, my 95 Eclipse is giving me some problems, when it first starts up it runs fine, no problems for a bout 15 to 20 min. then it will not accelerate past 3200 rpms, as a matter of fact it won't even rev past 3200 rpms, I had a friend of mine scan it, and it is saying that the TPS is reading on 29% at full throttle, so I replaced the TPS, nothing same thing, anyone else have this happen, if you what was the fix, any suggestions would be a great help!

Take your intake off and make sure the butterfly plate is all the way open at WOT. You may need to adjust your throttle cable.
