Hey,
How's everyone doing? Well I hope. So I replaced my PCV Valve and hose sometime ago but was unable to post my results. Everything seems fine but I notice my PCV Hose always has oil on it. It's kind of like condensation but oil. Is this normal or is the oil seeping through this type of hose?

I'm fairly sure its just the type of hose that you are using isn't ment for oil and its soaking through. I'm sure some one else will confirm though, or type faster then me and get a reply in before me.

I thought it was the hose too but the guys at Road//Race told me these hoses will be fine for PCV. I thought it was ok looking to me just needed some verification. As of now, I'm not going to worry about it.

I used some blue silicone engine "dress up" hose and had the same issue. The hose went from being a very nice blue to getting oil soaked (with oil seeping into the hose itself)which dis-colored it to a lighter, dirty blue.
But it seemed to work just fine--it just looked like crap.
