Hey, I was wondering what would be a good obd2 scan tool I can pull codes with and clear cels. I am trying to find something for around $100.00.
I was looking at these two, I don't really know what the difference between them.

There is no such thing of good obd2 scan tool for a 100 bucks..
If i had to picked one, it would be the top link..
