#124239, "GS missing, idle hunting"

Im somewhat at a loss here. My car is hesitating and missing when I try to leave from a stop. If I floor it it will steadily miss, on one cylinder it sounds like, until I pass 3k and then it clears up.

Theres also been a problem with it idleing. Mostly noticed when Im cruising and put in the clutch. The RPMs will drop to around 500, almost stalling, and jump back up to around 1300 or so. It will do this a few times and eventually level out. But if I rev it back up again, it will do the same thing.

Im thinking it could possibly be vac leaks, EGR valve, or plugs. Any other areas I should pay attention too?

You might want to fix your idle problem before you install the 60mm. That might compound the issue. That's just my personal opinion though. I don't add anything new til it's already running right.

Hmm. So I changed my oil, and the car definately runs smoother. But this problem still persists. I didnt have time to look at the IAC, because I was late for work. Its also about 9* outside, so I dont know if I will be doing it anytime soon unless I can borrow space in someones garage again.
