Hello, i need help with this code, i can get the code when i do the key on and off, but with the obdii scanner dosn't show. How can i resolve this matter by troubleshotting or i need to replace the ECU. - voltage regulator inside ecu -. i can't found and i never hear about batt' temp' sensor.

First verify the code with an actual scanner.
The 2GNT variant of the 420a ECU does not have a battry temp sensor. the battery temp is determined based on Battery resistance and impedance (no the two terms do not mean the same thing). If your ECu is throwing that code, one of two things are the cause. Battery is beginning to go bad (ie. bad cell) or the ECU is going bad.

for some odd reason I always have to have the car running to get the codes to pull with a scanner, most places don't know that some cars have to be running.

Thank you for the info, i'll change the battery, but i think the ecu is bad. I'll post the results soon.
Also, I upgrade the trhottle body for the jeep 60mm. I'm having 1200rpm at idle, .....Do you Guys think if i screw down the tip of the idle, will it bring the idle down, or 1200rpm is the normal idle after upgrade the trhottle body? I have a racing OBX intake.

Is that a mechanical gauge or an electrical sender gauge? There's no way you're making that kind of pressure at idle.

Not that high. especially at idle. you should be closer to 20psi at idle IIRC.
80psi at WOT/4000+ rpms? yeah, that's fine
