Okay so i changed my headgasket a couple of days ago and and went to start it and now i am throwing codes.
It gos like this. 12,43,43,11,55
I changed the cam sensor like two weeks ago and i just replaced the coil, plugs and wires. it starts right up but go to give it gas and it is sluggish and lacks a lot of power.
I reset the PCM and i then check the codes and they are still there, i disconnect the neg and took out every fuse and dis connect the pcm. still the codes show up before i start the car again

43 is a misfire situation. Could be one or more cylinders, but you already know that. When it goes to shit on you, you know it's misfiring. What's really important, here, is that you have the CEL 11. That has three main causes:
Loss of CMP signal at PCM.
Loss of CAS signal at PCM.
Timing belt skipped one tooth or more.
Now, before you freak out about your timing, keep in mind that the only way the ECU can tell if your timing is done correctly is by comparing the CAS and CMP signals it's getting when the engine turns.
I don't know why you replaced your CMP, but keep in mind that tha CAS is on the same section of the harness. If your harness has issues, whatever required replacement of the CMP might have affected CAS. Then again, maybe you should have replaced CAS instead of CMP.
I would get a multimeter out and backprobe both sensors at the ECU harness to make sure you're seeing the correct signals. The car will not even start if one is totally bad, so there is a possibility that perhaps your tensioner is on the way out and is unable to hold tension on the belt under load. I honestly don't know for sure, but inspecting the harness and checking the sensors will help you narrow things down and doesn't cost you anything more than the time it takes you to search on how to backprobe a sensor. Specs are below.
CMP - CaMshaft Position sensor. Alternating 5VDC at twice crank speed (harder to see). CAS - Crank Angle Sensor. Alternating 5VDC at crank speed (on the tach). This one is easiest to see on the meter. Might try it first.

Okay i tested the crank sensor at the pcm and there was 5.0 volts. When i tested the cam sensor the was not 5.0 volts. but when i disconnected the harrness from the cam and tested the wire at the pcm and it had 5.0 volts.

So you're saying you did not get the alternating 5VDC from the CPS while cranking? If that's the case, I would suspect you have a bad CPS sensor or an issue with the harness going along the EGR pipe.
If the harness checks out and you are still getting the alternating voltage from that sensor, then it's likely a timing belt issue. Both of those sensors are simple enough that they either work or do not work.
