I'm getting ready to wire up another engine bay fuse box that I got used from another 95 DSM because mine got all screwed up. So I cut the wires right above were it T's for the first time. While stripping and getting ready to connect the wires to the fuse box I've noticed that there seems to be a lot of wires that are the same colors. I've noticed that there are a lot of red with black striped wires and green with red stripes. Anyway I hope one of you guys might have some expience with this because I'm not sure where certain wires go and if all the same color go to a the same size fuses or not but I don't want to connect wire and screw things up big time by not putting the right wires to were they should go. If someone has some extremely detailed wiring diagrams or something like that to help out that would be awesome. Basically anything at this point will help. Thanks in advance guys.

It is not unusual to see several wires of the same color code in a harness. Many are spliced nearby and become common ground or +12 feeds as they split off into branches. You should certainly trace them out or have a wiring diagram to confirm their origin or destination so you don't end up worse off than before.
There well could be cases were it is okay to splice two identically marked wires and swapping them would not change anything. Be sure to at least keep the same gauge wires together.
A schematic and a continuity tester are the best way to be confident that you are on the right wire. You don't want to do this task twice right?

Okay I have figured all but 5 wires out, 3 green with yellow stripe, 2 red with black stripe, and 2 solid blue ones. If someone might have a wiring diagram that would go from the main engine bay fuse block to the other components that would be a huge help. Also if anyone has a picture of their fuse box from how you would normally see it that would be great also. I have no fuse box cover and I need to put in new fuses but I'm not sure which ones go where.

I've posted the fuse box cover on numerous occasions. If you search around you should be able to find it. If not let me know and I can post it again.
