#122577, "Rubber burning?"

So I headed to the gas station, and i notice smoke coming out from under the hood near the windshield. I open it up, and I see white smoke coming from under/aroung the intake manifold. It goes away a minute or so after I turn the motor off. I go on to my destination, and it still does it, and it smells strong. I open the hood to find the same white smoke in the smae place. It goes away again after I turn the car off for a minute. The car is not hot. The coolant temp is a little less than half way. It smells like rubber. I am almost positive it is. I'm gonna get it on the lift tomorrow at school to see what it is. Any ideas on what to look for?

Thanks,
Corey

Hopefully that EGR pipe isn't touching anything.

If you're lucky something (unimportant, lol) fell onto the downpipe.

I'm going with them, check that harness that runs by the EGR pipe (directly under the throttle body) NOW! Don't drive it to school, take a sick day, whatever, just make sure that harness is not touching that pipe!

I found it,(at school, lol). My axle seal on the passenger side where the axle goes in is bad. Anyone know where to find it? I can't.

EDIT: I think i got the part number. M04797334
Is it dealer only? If anyone can get them, I'll pay. My closest dealer is an hour away. I wouldn't make it.

EDIT 2: I have a Dodge dealership nearby, would the neon tranny ones fit? If so, anyone got a pt. number?

Nevermind, I give up. I pulled in the driveway today after school and the other axle fell out, taking a part of the transmission with it. My steering rod is fucked up. My front end hit the ground and now it's fucked up, too. I'm done with this car.
