Oh yeah, timing belt is fixed... the mechanical tensioner bracket wouldn't sit flush with the block because the rear timing belt cover wouldn't allow it... problem solved with a knife.

My car never ceases to amaze me! Especially when it sounds like pots and pans when I start it when it's cold, and warm. Pots and pans goes away when warmed up.

Meh you'll have that. Seriously though, your car is an inspiration to us all. I have worse compression then you do and I only have 106k on the clock. Then again it probably wasn't that bad before I boosted it.
