Was wondering on a engine flush on a 1996 RS w/121,000 miles on it flushed out the trans and radiator already. Think it will cause any harm

If you are automatic and had a slipping transmission, flushing it out with new fluid will actually cause it to slip even worse. If not, or you're standard transmission, then it'll love the fresh fluid.

Your radiator will also love the fresh fluid as well, it's all good bro.
