i threw a check engine lite the other day so i scanned it after work and came up with, exhause gas recurculation insufficiant flow. anyone have this before? and could it just be that i need to clean my egr valv? tia

if its not broken dont fix it!!

thanks man those helped. i cleared it so ill see if it comes back and if it does i guess ill replace the valve. sorry i diddnt search first my bad!

You won't necessarily have to replace it. I got an EGR code a while back, and I took it off and cleaned it thoroghly with carb cleaner and an air compressor. Still works yet today...
