#121942, "fuel pump check"

OK I may get flamed for this but I just wanted to make sure that I am looking at the right part. I am getting ready to redo my fuel system. Currently I have the oem intake and the accell inline and I want a walbro pump and get rid of the inline. I have read and read about 255lph and 255lph HP and such so just to make sure.

Is this the correct pump from howell. They dont list the walbro stock#s which I believe is something like GSS342 for the HP model.

have you guys never heard the accel inline pump then? that thing is noisy. the walbro goes from pretty quiet - full tank of gas on a cool day - to really fuckin loud, when i have no gas, on a hot day, so the pump is running really hot and working extra hard to suck up the fumes left in my tank.

thanks for the info the guy at howell couldnt tell me if it was the regular or the High pressure one. He said that there is no low pressure walbro anymore so just to be on the safe side i am going to order one from extremepsi. it actually says gss342high pressure for 95-99 eclipse non turbo. cant be more clear than that.

i just finally got tired of people asking me if there was something wrong with my engine when they heard the fuel pump.

at idle the accell inline is louder than the exhaust note.
