Yeah thats a common problem. Just make shure your belts are tight. If they are tight, then go to autozone or walmart and buy some of the stuff in a can thats supposed to stop squeaks and chirping of belts. I think its in a yellow and black can. When you spray this stuff on, it adds a layer of very thin oil which will stop it from squealing when it gets wet. Hope this helps.

mine too, the thing is it doesn't squeal before. After adding those belt dressing, it squeals, now the squealing comes and goes, esspecially when it rains. The only way to stop it temporarily is to chalk the surface of the belt... I think it's because i'm missing the undercover side panel, so water is wetting the underside of the pulleys and belt, maybe... or is it because it's loose? any ideas

Mine squealed like a pig in anything but hot dry weather. If there's a hint of moisture in the air it was like a siren. I played with the tensioner, bought anti-squeak stuff, I even broke down and took it to a dealership for help. Nothing worked. :/

Unless you're running without the splash guard beneath, they shouldn't be getting wet?

Did you try replacing the belts? They might have gotten "glazed" over from being loose and now wont grip the pulleys.
