Hey, I would like to get an Injen Cold Air Intake, but the AEM one has the optional bypass valve, would it be worth getting the AEM CAI for the Bypass Valve or is a Bypass Valve not worth it?

I love in Minnesota BTW

If you're careful you shouldn't need the bypass valve. I've had my AEM without the valve for about 3 years now and never had a problem. It rains quite a lot here in south florida but you just gotta be careful and drive slow to avoid puddles...you should be ok. Ive driven tru some real nasty rain...although its not a nice experience, everytime I go tru one I promise myself i'll get the valve installed..
I'd get it for the piece of mind..but its not a must as long as you're careful.
