#121564, "Bad ac compressor?"

Ok, so about a year ago I bought the UR UDP, I love it, great, nonetheless; about a month ago It really started to get warm here so I began to run my AC, it works good, everything is cold, about a week ago everything started squealing like a belt was bad, checked them, they look ok, but to be on the safe side I took my ac/ ps belt off today in hopes to replace it and fix the squeal. I started the car up, no squeal, figure it was just the belt, well I was driving down the road and I stop at just for fun I turn the AC on, abruptly I hear a god dire squeal, is this compressor? I’m pretty sure it’s not the Alternator belt, but is there a good way to tell if the compressor is bad? IMO because the screech was let out when the belt was off and when I turned the ac on help me please!! My car is a 95 with about 100k miles.

Yea it's probably the compressor. See how much play is in the pully. I've seen one lock up and the belt was spinning on it and it started melting emoji
