You remove your old one with a 3 jaw puller and the new one will go on when you use the bolt to tighten it down to correct TQ spec. There is a write up on the main page how to install one.
Nice complete answer. I would add that if you put it in the oven at 225 or so for about 10 minutes, it will also be easier to put on.
