Lighter flywheels and camgears (and of course, underdrive pulleys) will all serve the same purpose... to make the engine use less power to actually turn them so that the power loss will be decreased, and more power will go to the wheels.
Camgears also serve the purpose of turning the camshaft, which is the thing that controls the way valves that let air and exhaust gas out. Aftermarket camgears are made lighter, and have the ability for timing retard (which is something important to remember in turbo setups)
Short shirts are just shifters that are shortened, so that the overall shifting throw will be shorter.. this in turn means less shift time. It's geometry.
A racing clutch, depending on what stage, is just how durable and how well a clutch grips when it is engaged. Like a regular OE stock clutch has a tendency to slip alot because it is made for regular driving.. when it is forced into high horsepower situations, it won't grip properly, and you'll end up burning it out or breaking something more important. A stage 3 or 4 racing clutch is designed to be extremely durable and engauge almost instantly.
