#120981, "ECU is OK, but no CEL on dash"

I had to replace the fuse box after my son crash the car. The driver side was the side that got damage. At the accident, the fuse box was destroyed, the alternator fuse shorted out and some wires came off. I transfer every wire one by one on the new fuse box. Check every relay and are ok. The problem: Put key on the ON position and get every light on dash but the CEL. I have switch the same ECU to my other son's Eclipse and turns ON fine. So, the ECU is fine. I have done two days of search and either the problem is a bad ECU or a bad fuse. Is there any other relay/fuse that may be shorted out? I check the voltage at the ECU; the positive and negative from the ECU pin out and they are OK. I'm lost.

Does the fuel pump kick on? Do you have 12v at the fuel pump and ASD relays? Do you have 12V at the fuel pump fuse?

No.
Yes.
I will check now.
I used the ASD & Fuel Pump relay from the other eclipse and still the same; cranks but doesn't start.

when you turn the key does the fuel pump prime itself before you actually crank?

No emoji
If I turn the key to the ON position on my Eclipse or my son's, I can hear clicking sounds on the relays at the fuse box in the engine bay. The fuel pump primes too. But not on this eclipse. Is like the ECU is not getting power. The CEL is not ON at all. Is there any main fuse inside the alternator or somewhere else? Like I stated earlier, the engine main fuse shorted at the crash. Should this cause for another fuse or relay to short too? I'm still looking.

I think I may have found the problem. Under the fuse box there is a plastic cover. Under this plastic cover there are two connectors. One of this connectors is broken, one cable is loose and has a missing plug. I'm sure this is the problem. I will replace the connector and see if this fix it.
I will give an update later.
