Yes! It could! See if you have fuel pressure! Check the schrader valve on the fuel rail! Learn how to punctuate the English language! Lay off the caffeine!

There you go, that looks a little better.

First Option
Get a Haynes/Chilton manual for your car. Get a fuel pressure tester. Test the fuel pressure following the procedure outlined in the manual.

Second Option
Search around for the procedure to check fuel pressure and do it.

After you do one of those two, reply with results.

Look at the fuel rail. Either on the end of it facing the passenger side, or in the middle facing up, there is a black projection. it's a plastic cap over a schrader valve (tire valve). Try to start the car, then sticvk a nail or a key in that valve to push it open. If it sprays with a bit of force, you're probably making fuel pressure.

so it doesnt start, or you dont hear it? if you try it, say "oh my god!", post here, then repeat, then that might be your problem... turning the key to "on" every 3 and a half seconds and the fuel pump wont prime, because it doesnt have to. Just a suggestion, though.

Start off by checking to see if you are getting fuel pressure. If you are then try replacing your fuel filter. If it's clogged you will still get pressure to prime and enough to Idle/run under low loads, but not ehough fuel volume to supply your engine under the higher needs of higher loads. Thus it will bog out when trying to accellerate.

so obviously it runs. at least part of the time. I had this problem as well, (except mine is an automatic) but you might want to check your iac. Mine would work fine for a week then just die for no reason. Thought it was my fuel pump or my ecu. turned out my iac motor was messed up. Doesn't fix the issues with your clutch, but its a start. lol. good luck man, keep us posted.
