Before I started moding the engine the at tranny would shift at about 6000 or just after. Now with these mods listed below on hard acceleration it shifts at about 7000. Just want to reassure myself that this is normal and should happen after modding.

i'm not sure as to *why* it's shifting at 7000.. but i dont' see anything wrong with that. I have a manual trans.. and i shift at 7000 all the time. hehe.

its an automatic? if so, i have no idea why its shifting so high, but i wish mine shifted that high...would be so nice to be able to pull to 7000 rpms since im turbo-d...

modding the engine should have no effect on automatic tranny shift points...unless its slipping... :/


did you do anything to the tranny?

maybe it's revving higher cause you have more power. it's not getting stuck at higher rpms and keeps goin till redline

do u have indiglo overlays if you do they might be off
