I have a 97 gs turbo with a port fueler, aftermarket fuel pump, etc.

I have a p0138 and my gas mileage went from 325 to 225 mpg. The codes description is "Bank one, sensor 2 o2 sensor shorted to power". The o2 sensor isn't shorted and the wiring isn't split or anything as far as I traced it.

Has anyone had this code before and how did you fix it. Thanks in advance. Peace

.........first thing I did. I was doing some research on alldata and they said I might have to replace my ecu.
