if you were to align exhaust manifold flange from non turbo eclipse and turbo would exhaust holes(not the screws) align thank you.

The holes probably line up, but if you plan on putting on a 420a flange with a 4g63 exhaust manifold, it won't work like you are thinking. Most likely the turbo will hit the starter once mounted. Do some searching as I know for a fact this question has been asked numerous times.

the only ones that *Could* be moded like your thinking, are EVO manifolds and SR-20 manifolds.
only ones i know of that offset to the drivers side.
most are T-25 flanged too

i was thinking to cut whatever flange they have on, and just weld on 16g flange
