Which OBD is used in the 1995 Eagle Talon ESI. This year seems to fall into a gray area. Is it an OBD-1, OBD-1.5 or an OBD-2? Does it matter if it's an early, mid or late 1995 production model? Did they change design in mid-year? Thanks in advance.

I'm sorry this probably won't clear it up for you all the way.. But I have a 95 Talon ESi an it is OBD-II. Unfortunately I don't know if it was an early or late production of that year.

Mine is a 95 but has a 94 block stamp on it and it's obd 2
Hope this helps.
