What lights come on when you turn your car on? my srs and brake come on when i turn the key to the on position. do all of your dummy lights and cel come on? I'm trying to trouble shoot why the engine will turn over but not start.

i'm maybe thinking my ecu and everything isn't turning on. the rpm on the tach doesn't go up when the engine is cranking and no other lights go on.

also do you hear anything like fuel pump? or relays humming or snapping?

i've only run the engine once in 1.5 years and that time i didn't have time to see what was coming on or how it started so i don't remember. thanks

ian

When you turn the key to on you should see the check engine light come on. My brake, SRS and check engine light all come on whenever I crank my car.

Ya you should hear the fuel pump when you turn the key to the accessory? (Its the 2nd click)

Having your car sit for 1.5 years isn't great either. Might want to drain the gas and oil and try.
