Question I have is will the 310cc RC injectors for a b-series work in our car? The only reason I ask is b/c I know the dsm 450cc can go both ways so I was just wondering if these would be ok. And with the 310cc injectors and sfmu will 13 psi be possible.

DSM injectors have different resistance. Civic and DSM injecotrs work w/ each other because they're basically the same.

won't work for the 420a unless you either get resistor packs or Megasquirt it.

I may be wrong, been a while since i've messed w/ values like that
