#11801, "Help with a few various issues I am having with my car."

Hello all,

This is my first post here I was hoping I could get some help with some problems I am having with my car. First off, ever sionce the winter hit up here in Ontario, my car has been making some nasty belt noises. I took it in and the mech said the belt was a little loose and he adjusted it and said that it didn't need to be replaced yet. The noise went away for a couple days and now is back and getting worse, any ideas? Also, when I accelerate with the gas pedal pressed in about half way, I get a grinding/gurgling noise comming from the back of the car. It almost sounds like it is comming from below the spare compartment and it is loudest in 2nd, 3rd and 4th gears. I also took this in and the mech pawned it off as possibly debris or pebbles stuck beneath the heat sheild, but there is know in hell that is what it is, you can moderate the gurgling noise by making small movements on the gass pedal and the noise stops if you ease up on the gas enough. Any thoughts on what this could possibly be? And if that weren't enough, I had a bad vibration in my braking which shook the whole car when braking in 5th and 4th gear from higher speed, like when you are slowing down for an off ramp on the freeway. I got that fixed but ever since, at time when I turn left I get a wa....wa...wa..wa.wa.wa noise comming from the front right wheel well and the same from the right when I turn left. Upon tapping the brakes the rubbing noise stops which make me think when the guy reassembled my brakes the calipers never settled back to there possition and are rubbing when turning, however it gets so loud sometimes that I wonder if it is not anything more!?!

Help anyone, please!! Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Anyone in the Toronto/Burlington area in Ontario who knows any good shops for general service and eventually tuning?
