I am thinking about getting another engine, building the internals and throwing a turbo kit on it. I checked out partstrader.com and there were no 420A engines for sale. I am looking for a used one, obviously, that is in decent shape. Anyone got any ideas on where I can find one? Thanks for the help.

Check your local friendly junkyard. Probably for around $500 or so.

i have a dismantled 420a minus the cylinder head for sale. BUT the block and cylinder walls will need some TLC and machining as a rod exploded inside of it. Check the for sale forum of a post under my name in regards to "cleaning out garage/etc".

I also have a head that has been ported by Gude and decked to give ~2.5 point increase in compression ratio.

Yes...You could probably get full built race shortblock and head for $3500.
