The second link doesn't work, so I can't say, but I work at O'Reilly's as a second job (cars are expensive) and they only show one. Get the WIX.
If I'm wrong then I'll get the part number from my own filter on my car and post it.
On second thought, your issue may be an idle air control motor issue or dirty throttle body. I would replace the fuel filter if you don't know how long its been on there. I'm not saying thats not the problem. My car did the same thing and I found a write up on this website about the idle air control motor getting full of carbon.

only diff I see is the maker one is beck/arnley the other is az filters. either should be fine if they fit the car, can't really muck up a filter...lol
