well im thinking the cam gears are the corporate but would they drop my vacuum some bit?or do i have a different problem

you mean 'culprit', and it's possible, if you've been into the motor recently double-check you gear alignment. Mine had about that when I first fired it up, turned out my intake gear was a tooth off. Thank god for adjustable gears, +/- 12 degrees - didn't have to tear it all down.

hooray for engrish!

What cam gear set are you running? Sometime if the timing is off a notch, it can priduce a symptom of low vaccum.
