Hey guys, my car is throwing a shit-ton of codes like I stated in my post here: http://forums.2gnt.com/dcboard.php?az=show_topic&forum=4&topic_id=92598&mesg_id=92598&page=3 but i haven't gotten any replies since i put them up.


First off, it's a 99. I have no idea what was causing all of them. It was quite a list when I saw it on the pocket actron. I have no idea what would cause all of those. Here is a list of all of them thrown (it's the same as one of my posts with a few that have been fixed). now I haven't ran them again since I got my car running well, but soon as I do some more searching:

Main Codes

P0113 - IAT Sensor Circuit High Voltage Input (replaced it with a brand new one not too long ago, so I'm guessing wiring?)
P0403 - EGR Solenoid Circuit (I went ahead and blocked it off and routed the valve vacuum hose back to the valve itself and crimped off my tubing)


Monitors

MIL OFF
02 Sensor (did not say which one...damn pocket POS)
02 Heater
Misfire (did not specify, again...damn pocket POS)
EVAP
Fuel
Comprehensive Componenets

I really need to run these on another scanner (with more details), but unfortunately the idiots in my hometown decided to keep breaking all the others from the local advance auto so they got this one.

I'm wondering where to start. I checked all the wiring and it looks good, but I haven't been able to test anything since I don't know what sensors are included with each monitor or what would cause them to error. I can explain the first codes, one is for my EGR block-off and the other is my IAT sensor wiring that I had to splice when I removed my old IAT resistor that I got off e-bay. That ain't in there now, and since then I've replaced it with a brand new sensor from satan, but still the same problem. If someone could list the sensors that may interfere or be part of the monitors, then that would be great and next time I'm home, I can start testing.

Ok here is the code update. I ran the codes on one of the large OBD II AutoScanner tools at a local Autozone and my car threw only 4 codes:

P0113 - IAT high Voltage Input
.....I'm guessing this is a wiring harness flaw since back when I first got my car I had one of those evil "IAT Power Chips" and had to resplice the wires. Prob a loose connection somewhere.

P0137 - Heated O2 Sensor Bank 1 Senor 2 (post cat) condition poor
.....Looks like I need to replace that sometime soon, but will probably wait until I get my high-flow cat and cat-back exhaust.

P0340 - Camshaft Positioning Sensor condition poor
.....I fixed this just a week or so ago and haven't had a chance to reset the ECU since then (since I didn't pull the neg cable). That was cauing my idle to lope, the wires had come out of the plug and we soldered them together and wrapped them in heat-shrink wrap and taped up the connection. Like I said, haven't had a chance to reset the ECU yet so it was reading a stored code. Had the guy at Autozone erase the code for me and the car no longer has a lopey idle although it still is around 850-900. May have to check to vac leaks and check my IAC next time I'm in town.

P0403 - EGR System Fault
.....This is being thrown due to my EGR being blocked and removed.


So the predicament is that the cam sensor code was throwing my idle out of whack since the ECU was seeing that code and trying to adjust accordingly. Just an update.
